Book Remix

The task for this project was to choose a book and completely rethink its design. I chose a childhood favorite, Goosebumps, and gave it a revamp from its usual over-saturated cover. I noticed that the inside of their books was completely bare (a noticeable contrast from the outside), so I included graphics on the chapter pages.

My goal was to let the creepiness of the words speak for themselves. I did choose to call out a few of my favorite quotes with a bold red box and some spooky type.

I hope that this helps you consider what Goosebumps might be like if it was designed to be simplistic and clean!
